廷园火锅是自助行中式火锅店，一锅两种汤底，汤底分别有麻辣汤（微辣，中辣，大辣），番茄排骨汤，鸡汤，药材汤，Tomyam，酸菜汤。汤底是这家火锅店的一大特色，我可以捞到大块大块的排骨料，分量很足，尤其是番茄排骨汤，食料还没煮之前已经带种甜味。
食材种类有肉片（主要是鸡和猪肉），金针菇，豆腐，虾，肉丸之类，青菜，豆腐比，百叶，牛肚，苦瓜，莲藕，面条，鸡蛋。食材种类没这么多选择，也没什么特色，肉片也是单单几样，没特别调味过，豆腐皮跟猪大肠咬起来干巴巴的，没点Q感，螃蟹也很小（螃蟹要和店员拿，没有摆设出来）。食材没特色不过胜在汤底，浓浓的汤底甜味十足，我喜欢一边用麻辣，一边用番茄排骨汤底，又甜又辣这样搭配吃。
环境挺卫生干净的，不论是碗碟器具，桌椅子，到地上都没什么明显污迹，空调也不错（大概26°C），除了厕所之外，都还不错。服务态度挺好的，要求什么都很快送到。
P.S 对了他的螃蟹最近变得很小只，如果想吃螃蟹或海鲜的你可以跳过这间。

Location：22 Liang Seah Street, Singapore 189043 （Bugis)Ting Yuan Hotpot is Chinese steamboat restaurant, 1 pot has 2 type of soups. The soup variety has spicy, tomato pork rib, chicken, herbal, tomyam, sour vegitable soups. The soup is their selling point, like tomato rib soup, you will found it's add sufficient pork rib and tomato and taste good before you put in any foods.
Foods provided has meat slice (pork & chicken), needle mushroom, tofu, prawn, meat balls, vegetable, tofu skin, beef stomach, lotus, noodle & eggs. The food variety is minimum and nothing special, meat slice is average, tofu skin and pork intestine is cool and dry, crab is tiny (Crab must request from staff, it's didn't show a food shelve). It is only special is their soup, I like the spicy and tomato rib soups, it's spicy and sweet tastes alternative at the same time.
The environment and hygiene is consider average, I didn't saw dirty or oily mark on the table or floor and temperature still fine if air-con working (Occasionally air-con will turn off) except their toilet. Staff attitude is average and quick.
P.S their crab become very tiny, if you like try crab or seafood steamboat then this is not an option.
